As part of our expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic, customer-centric professionals to join our Kozhikode team as Admission Executives.

Role Overview

As an Admission Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring learners—guiding them from curiosity to commitment. You’ll connect with leads from our digital campaigns, provide program insights, and support them in choosing the right upskilling path. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a consultative mindset, and a genuine interest in helping people grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Present and explain Xylem’s Skill Programme offerings to potential learners.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through personalized counseling.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Share lead quality feedback with the digital marketing team to enhance campaign results.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly outreach and conversion goals.
  • Coordinate with academic and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
  • Provide learner feedback and market insights to support program improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or inside sales (preferably in education, training, or EdTech).
  • Proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken & written).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Professional, proactive, and persistent in follow-ups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or skill development sectors.
  • Knowledge of digital sales funnels and learner engagement strategies.
  • Awareness of trending upskilling areas like digital marketing, software, analytics, and finance.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
