As part of our rapid growth, we are seeking energetic, customer-focused professionals to join our Palarivattom team as Admission Executives.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be the bridge between prospective learners and their upskilling journey. You’ll engage with leads from our digital campaigns, guide them through program options, and help them take the next step toward their career goals. Success in this position comes from excellent communication, a consultative approach, and a genuine passion for helping people grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Explain Xylem’s Skill Programme offerings to prospective learners.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through needs-based counseling.
• Maintain and update lead interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with academic and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Provide learner feedback and market insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in student counseling, admissions, or inside sales (preferably in education, training, or EdTech).
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken & written).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Professional and proactive in follow-ups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech, coaching centers, or skill development sectors.
• Understanding of digital sales funnels and learner engagement strategies.
• Awareness of trending upskilling domains such as digital marketing, software, analytics, or finance.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
