About SLBS Marklance:

Job Summary:

As an Admission Executive at SLBS Marklance, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents. Your role is to guide them through the admission process, provide counseling, and help them make informed decisions about their education journey. You will work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth enrollment and student onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins to counsel prospective students and parents.


Understand students’ needs and suggest suitable courses/programs based on their interests and career goals.


Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.


Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates on the student pipeline.


Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding and documentation.


Provide regular reports on admissions, lead conversions, and targets achieved.


Assist in organizing webinars, admission drives, and student interaction sessions.


Maintain strong product knowledge of all SLBS Marklance programs and offerings.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Education preferred.


0-3 years of experience in counseling/admissions/sales, preferably in EdTech or education sector.


Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.


Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.


Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
