Here are the basic roles and responsibilities of an Academic Counselor for CADD Centre, Pratap Nagar: Job Title:Academic Counselor Roles and Responsibilities:Student Counseling: Provide detailed guidance to prospective students about CADD Centre's courses and programs. Assess students’ educational and career goals to recommend suitable courses. Address queries related to course structures, fees, and career outcomes. Admission Process: Guide students through the enrollment process. Assist in form filling, document collection, and fee payment procedures. Maintain accurate student records and ensure all admission formalities are completed. Sales and Marketing Support: Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns (calls, emails, or walk-ins). Promote ongoing offers, workshops, and training programs to prospective students. Contribute to achieving monthly admission targets. Communication and Coordination: Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism. Collaborate with trainers and admin staff to ensure smooth operations. Provide timely updates to the management on student enrollment and follow-ups. Student Support: Act as a point of contact for enrolled students to address course-related issues. Provide guidance on certifications and exam preparations. Data Management: Maintain a database of prospective and enrolled students. Track and update follow-up statuses for leads. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on inquiries, enrollments, and revenue. Workshop and Event Coordination: Assist in promoting and organizing workshops, seminars, and special events. Encourage student participation and help in event logistics. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest courses, software, and technologies offered by CADD Centre. Attend internal training programs to enhance counseling and communication skills. Compliance: Adhere to CADD Centre’s ethical guidelines and policies. Maintain confidentiality of student information and data. Key Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales and persuasion skills to meet admission targets. Problem-solving abilities to address student concerns. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for record-keeping. Time management and organizational skills.
