• Make outbound and respond to inbound client calls using customized approaches tailored to elite clients.
• Build trust and strong relationships through active listening and understanding individual client preferences.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems and manage follow-ups diligently.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service departments to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve client issues efficiently, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
• Achieve KPIs related to client engagement, satisfaction, conversion, and retention.
1. Experience working with high-profile or VIP clients in client-facing roles.
2. Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse client profiles.
3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities coupled with professionalism under pressure.
4. High proficiency with CRM software and telephone systems.
5. Additional languages and luxury service experience are a plus.
High school diploma required, Bachelors preferred.
