Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate with the product team to deliver demos.
  • Prepare proposals and follow up to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the delivery team.
  • Stay updated on product features and market trends.

Requirements

  • Graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
  • Fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Interest in technology/EdTech sales with quick learning ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
