Administrative Officer/Operation Manager

Job Title: Admin / Operations Executive – FMCG SectorExperience: Minimum 5 years Location: Praygraj Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin/Operations Executive with over 5 years of experience in handling day-to-day administrative and operational functions in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, efficient coordination across departments, and strong vendor and logistics management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure seamless workflow. Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory control. Monitor dispatch, logistics, and supply chain operations for timely delivery. Handle office management, maintenance, and administrative documentation. Support HR and finance teams in attendance, billing, and petty cash management. Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for order processing and stock updates. Maintain records related to purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. Liaise with external agencies, service providers, and government authorities when required. Implement process improvements for operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration / Operations Management or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations or administration, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of vendor management, logistics, and supply chain processes. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience is an added advantage. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle tight deadlines.
