Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee and streamline administrative functions within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across departments, manage support staff, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations, all while delivering exceptional support to clinical and non-clinical teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations within the clinic/hospital Manage non-clinical staff, including front desk, housekeeping, security, and facility services Ensure effective scheduling, patient registration, billing, and records management Maintain operational policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with clinical staff to improve patient flow, experience, and satisfaction Handle internal communications, organize team meetings, and maintain administrative documentation Monitor budgets, control costs, and prepare periodic administrative reports Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare administration or clinic/hospital operations Strong understanding of healthcare protocols, accreditation standards, and operational compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems Benefits: Competitive salary with performance incentives Professional development support Opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment
