We are committed to sustainability and preserving traditional weaving techniques while blending modern aesthetics with timeless craftsmanship.⸻AbouttheRoleWe are looking for an Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate administrative, facility, and compliance functions across five factory locations.The rolewill support both the Operations Head and HR Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, audit readiness, and statutory compliance.⸻Key Responsibilities • Manageadministration and facility operations across all factory units and the head office. • Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, utilities, and transport services. • Maintain and renew statutory, social, ethical, and technical compliance records (BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, CTPAT, etc.). • Coordinate and prepare for buyer, third-party, and internal factory audits. • Liaisewith government departments, consultants, and certifying agencies for license renewals and inspections. • Support HR and Operations teams with logistics, documentation, and staff facility management. • Trackaudit corrective actions and ensure timely compliance closures. • Maintain MIS and reporting systems for administrative and compliance functions.⸻Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 8–12 years of experience in administration and compliance in a manufacturing/export setup. • Familiarity with factory compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, WRAP, etc.). • Strongorganizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and digital documentation systems. • Ability to manage multi-site operations effectively.⸻Key Attributes • Integrity, discipline, and attention to detail. • Strongfollow-up and accountability. • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
