Role Description

Admin & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks efficiently.

MS Excel and Word

·        Support management in data analysis, scheduling and coordination activities.

·        Maintain and update company databases, files and correspondence.

·        Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

·        Assist in inventory management, procurement and office maintenance.

·        Track expenses and support the finance team with basic reconciliations.

·        Perform other administrative duties as required by management.

Qualifications

· Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.

· Operational and Operations Management expertise to handle logistics, supervise workflows and ensure seamless execution of tasks.

· Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making and optimizing processes.

· Proficiency in time management, detail-oriented organizational abilities and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Relevant experience in the event management or B2B space is an advantage.
