About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team in Mulund West. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, with a strong emphasis on data management and Excel proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly
• Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation using Microsoft Excel
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for operational needs
• Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and office supplies management
• Support HR and finance teams with documentation and data entry

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data sorting/filtering)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with other MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in handling vendor coordination or basic accounting is a plus
