We are looking for an Experienced Admin Executive to join our team on an immediate basis at our Jaipur location. 📍 Location: Jaipur 🕒 Joining: Immediate 💼 Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar administrative role 🔧 Key Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct physical audits of stock under the guidance of the Admin Head/Manager and submit discrepancy reports. Plan, coordinate, and streamline administrative procedures and systems across departments. Ensure smooth and effective information flow within the organization to support operations. Perform store audits and other assigned process checks; submit reports and follow up with departments for timely resolution. Supervise facilities and maintenance activities , including coordination with electricians, housekeeping, and other service providers. Organize and oversee office activities such as renovation work, event planning, and office upkeeping. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations . Handle travel bookings, accommodation, food, and logistics for new joiners, CEO visits, and inter-branch employee movements. Manage AV setup and arrangements for internal meetings, including refreshments and venue readiness. ✅ Requirements: Proven experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with administrative software/tools.
