The Facility and Maintenance Manager will oversee daily operations, manage maintenance activities, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with vendors and contractors. Responsibilities include maintaining the facility's infrastructure, handling any repairs or upgrades, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and functionality. The manager will also develop maintenance schedules and manage budgets effectively. Qualifications Skills in facility management, maintenance planning, and vendor coordination Having Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Work, Fire Equipment's, Furniture Work and Civil Work., Experience in safety compliance, infrastructure upkeep, and repair management Budget management and scheduling skills Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
