About the Role-.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Sales Assistant to support both administrative operations and sales activities. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, is highly organized, and can balance responsibilities across office management and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support-

  • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Assist with data entry and report preparation
  • Manage office communication (calls, emails, correspondence).
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Sales Support-

  • Maintain sales databases, pipelines, and client records.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Send cold emails and outreach messages to prospective clients.
  • Assist sales executives with lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and promotions.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Requirements-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in admin, sales coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

  • J. P. Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
