Job Description: As an Admin & Operations Executive, your role will involve organizing and coordinating administration duties and office procedures to ensure smooth office operations and support other business activities. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, scheduling meetings, managing office activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will be managing agendas, travel arrangements, correspondence, records, databases, and reports, as well as supporting other teams with various administrative tasks. You will also be involved in quality checks, preparing presentations, and assisting in vendor relationship management. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support and oversee day-to-day activities - Schedule meetings and appointments - Coordinate office activities for efficiency and compliance - Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management - Handle phone calls and correspondence - Update records and databases - Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals - Support other teams with administrative tasks - Manage quality checks and prepare presentations - Assist in vendor relationship management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree with at least 1+ year of experience in a formal workspace - Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and office management software - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Effective interpersonal abilities - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Can work with minimal supervision,
