We are seeking an experienced Admin & Operation Manager for our Halol Unit. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative and operational functions to enhance efficiency and drive productivity within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Halol unit to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage administrative functions including scheduling, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflows.
• Coordinate with various departments to support project execution and operational needs.
• Supervise and train administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2-10 years of experience in administration and operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices in operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
