Description We are seeking an experienced Admin & Operation Manager for our Halol Unit. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative and operational functions to enhance efficiency and drive productivity within the unit. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Halol unit to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage administrative functions including scheduling, reporting, and resource allocation. Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflows. Coordinate with various departments to support project execution and operational needs. Supervise and train administrative staff, providing guidance and support. Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 2-10 years of experience in administration and operations management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software. Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices in operations.
