Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, efficient, and proactive Admin Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the school. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning across departments, maintain campus discipline, and support the school’s overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the school campus.
• Supervise support staff including security, housekeeping, transport, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure school infrastructure, classrooms, and facilities are maintained at high standards.
• Manage purchase requirements, vendor coordination, and inventory control.
• Handle transport operations, route planning, vehicle maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Facilitate coordination during school events, examinations, and parent interactions.
• Maintain records related to admin operations, compliance, and safety protocols.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security norms across the campus.
• Support the leadership team with administrative planning and timely reporting.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in administration, preferably in schools or institutions.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of facility management, vendor management, and compliance procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and admin management tools.
