Job Description

As an Admin Manager in Hospital Administration at ECR, Chennai, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day administrative operations at the hospital unit. Your responsibilities will include supervising and supporting administrative staff across departments, developing, implementing, and monitoring SOPs and protocols for admin activities, and conducting training sessions for administrative staff on processes, documentation, and service excellence. Your role will also involve creating and maintaining training modules and orientation materials for new recruits, ensuring adherence to compliance, quality, and audit-related requirements, and addressing and resolving administrative issues promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will support hospital management in planning and executing internal events and inspections. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day administrative operations at the hospital unit - Supervise and support administrative staff across departments - Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs and protocols for admin activities - Conduct training sessions for administrative staff on processes, documentation, and service excellence - Create and maintain training modules and orientation materials for new recruits - Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and audit-related requirements - Address and resolve administrative issues promptly and effectively - Support hospital management in planning and execution of internal events and inspections Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) - Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital administration - Prior experience in training staff and creating training content will be an added advantage - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficient in MS Office tools and admin reporting Join our team and work with a leading emergency & ICU care provider across rural India.
