Job Description

10-15 years of experience in school administration with any graduate or post-graduate degree.
Strong leadership skills grounded in empathy, accountability, and collaboration.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
A mature & long-sighted approach in mindset.
Preferred experience from the education and/or hospitality sector, given its strong service orientation and attention to detail.
A person who believes that a thoughtful system & a nurturing environment contribute to children s learning, and who can balance structure with sensitivity, will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and streamlining school-wide administrative operations.
Developing and implementing SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
Coordinating day-to-day campus functioning and resource utilisation.
Budget planning, financial monitoring and vendor management.
Overseeing infrastructure maintenance, safety and space development.
Supervising and mentoring administrative and support staff.
Ensuring compliance with educational and regulatory requirements.
Supporting technology integration in collaboration with the IT team.
Maintaining warm, professional relations with parents and community stakeholders.
Ensuring that administrative systems, infrastructure and daily operations support the school s ethos of care, dignity and meaningful learning experiences for children.
