Position: Admin Manager

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Role Overview

The Admin Manager oversees the complete administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning of all non-academic activities. This role requires leadership, precision, and the ability to manage diverse teams while upholding the school’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, campus maintenance, housekeeping, transport, and asset management.
Ensure all departments (store, security, housekeeping, transport, estate) function seamlessly.
Implement and uphold school policies, compliance norms, and operational SOPs.
Manage annual planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and contract management.
Supervise support staff and ensure discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
Coordinate with the academic team, HR, accounts, and leadership for event planning and operational support.
Ensure timely procurement, inventory control, and documentation of all resources.
Handle emergency situations and ensure operational readiness at all times.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality across the campus.

Required Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Administration/Management or related field.
5 years of experience in administrative operations, preferably in a residential/educational institution.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and crisis management skills.
