Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Admissions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Manage the complete admissions process, from initial inquiry to student onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents, students, and external stakeholders.
• Represent the school at educational fairs, open houses, and other promotional events.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine admission strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for the Principal and management.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, values, and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Preferably Master’s degree in Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in school admissions, preferably in leading residential or international schools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment goals.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and modern outreach strategies.
