Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of musicians? Ecole Globale International Girls’ School – one of India’s premier boarding institutions for girls – is looking for a dedicated and talented Western Music Faculty

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Teach Western music to middle and senior school students (both theory and practical)
• Special focus on guitar instruction – both individual and ensemble-based
• Train and prepare students for in-school performances, competitions, and examinations (e.g., Trinity)
• Conduct regular jam sessions, band rehearsals, and music clubs
• Collaborate with other performing arts faculty to design creative showcases
• Maintain and care for school music equipment and studio
• Curate and lead assemblies or school events with musical performances

🎸 Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Western Music or equivalent certification
• Proficient in playing the

  guitar

  (acoustic/electric); knowledge of keyboard or other instruments is a plus
• Experience in a boarding school setup is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with teenage learners
• Familiarity with music production software or digital music tools is an added advantage
• Ability to reside on campus and contribute to the boarding school ecosystem (preferred)
