This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating children with disabilities and injuries to improve their daily living and functional abilities. The Occupational Therapist will also be responsible for communicating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. The Behavioral Therapist will work with children with special needs and moderate disabilities, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. Daily tasks include conducting behavior assessments, applying behavior analysis techniques, and working directly with children to improve their social, behavioral, and communication skills. The therapist will also collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
