Our goal is to shape each special child into an independent learner, free from the anxiety often associated with education.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist located in Hyderabad. The Behavioral Therapist will work with children with special needs and moderate disabilities, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. Daily tasks include conducting behavior assessments, applying behavior analysis techniques, and working directly with children to improve their social, behavioral, and communication skills. The therapist will also collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children.

Qualifications

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build rapport with children
• Background in Psychology and experience in working with children
• Excellent observational and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Analysis, or a related field
• Professional certification in Applied Behavior Analysis is a plus
