Community Engagement & Public Awareness Plan and execute health awareness camps in schools, colleges, clubs, rural areas, and other public venues. Collaborate with local institutions, NGOs, and community groups to organize events. Educate the public on common symptoms and treatment options for vestibular and communication disorders. 3. Patient Engagement & Lead Conversion Follow up on leads from referral sources and awareness programs. Maintain a database of referred patients and ensure smooth communication with the clinic team. Promote services to boost patient walk-ins and appointment bookings. 4. Offline Marketing & Brand Promotion Distribute promotional materials (flyers, banners, posters) in key locations. Assist in planning and executing local offline campaigns and community events. Represent Rasya Clinic at health fairs, exhibitions, and related forums. 5. Reporting & Coordination Prepare and submit daily/weekly field visit reports to the Marketing Manager. Track outreach metrics, leads generated, and referral conversions.
