Clinical Director of Speech & Language

We are looking for a skilled, sympathetic Speech Language Pathologist to provide quality care for our patients. The professionals will perform screenings, assess patient condition, and design therapy and treatment plans to help the patient develop necessary speech skills. You should be caring and knowledgeable about speech-related conditions and therapies.

To succeed as a speech pathologist, you should be willing to alter treatment plans to better suit the individual needs of a diverse patient population. You should be caring, adaptable, analytical, and resourceful.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a State-of-the-art SLP clinic.
• Develop outstanding protocols for all speech and language services.
• Vision to develop the SLP department as one of the leading center in India.
• Administration of SLP department.
• Maintain excellent standards of clinical services.
• Work on increasing revenue and patient load for SLP services.
• Ability to communicate local doctors to promote and to generate referrals.
• Recruit and train SLP for specialized services.
• Aim to develop SLP clinic as center of excellence in near future.
• Successful administration of clinic.
• All professional administration of clinic.
• Assessing, diagnosing, screening, and preventing language, speech, and swallowing disorders.
• Communicating with the patient, and liaising with their family members, physicians, and teachers to design effective treatment plans.
• Using tried and tested therapies in combination with new, innovative techniques to provide the best care.
• Educating patients and their families on speech disorders and available therapies.
• Maintain detailed documentation in EMR on patient history and progress.
• Providing mentoring and workshops to speech therapy students.
• Evaluating patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as required.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. SLP/ MASLP
• Ph.D. in SLP (Preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience.
• At Least 1 year of experience in Supervisor role.
• Previous record of leadership.

• Basic/fluent in Telugu (Added Advantage)
