Behavioral Therapist

Role Overview: You will join SpeakUp Centre for Speech Therapy and Neuro Rehabilitation as a full-time Behavioural Therapist located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. Your role will involve working with children, young people, and families who have various psychological and neurodevelopmental difficulties, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Learning Disability. Your responsibilities will include conducting psychological evaluations and tests, providing behavioural therapy, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing treatment plans, and offering counseling support to patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting psychological assessments - Providing therapy sessions - Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams - Developing treatment plans - Offering counseling support to patients and their families Qualification Required: - Experienced in working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Learning Disability - Experience in psychological testing and mental health counseling - Clinical supervision skills - Strong knowledge of various therapy approaches - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in working with diverse populations - Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team - Experience in working with individuals with neurological conditions - Masters/MPhil in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, MSW, or related field - Licensure or certification in Clinical Psychology/Behaviour Therapy/ABA,
