Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist located in Hyderabad. The Behavioral Therapist will work closely with children and their families to identify and address behavioral challenges using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Day-to-day responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, tracking progress, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for the child.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis methodologies
• Understanding of Psychology with practical experience in working with children
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with children, families, and colleagues
• Qualifications such as a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Experience in implementing therapy programs for children with developmental or behavioral challenges is a plus
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
