Behavioral Therapist

Role Overview: As an ABA Therapist at Bodhi Mind Care Hospital, you will work with children and young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental challenges. Your role will involve providing 1:1 therapy sessions, implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with psychologists, psychiatrists, speech and occupational therapists, as well as families to support each child's progress effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions. - Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions in clinic and home settings. - Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress. - Collaborate with senior clinicians in developing and updating individualized treatment plans. - Provide parent/caregiver training and support. - Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field is essential. - ABA certification or training (RBT, BCaBA, or equivalent) is preferred. - Experience working with children with autism and developmental conditions. - Strong communication skills in Tamil and English. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Empathy, patience, and passion for supporting children and families.
