MUST HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• ADHD & Global Developmental Delay (GDD)
• Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Down Syndrome
• Sensory Processing Disorders & Neurodevelopmental Delays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct blended approach in sessions using ABA principles (discrete-trial, natural environment teaching, task analysis, shaping, chaining).
• Implement

  Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  and

  skill-acquisition programs

• Assist with

  Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)

  —observation, ABC analysis, preference assessments.
• Use/assist with standardized tools (as applicable).
• Plan and prep materials; create visual supports, token systems, and reinforcement schedules.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help/ADLs, pre-academics, and community readiness skills.
• Use proactive and least-restrictive strategies for behaviour reduction; follow crisis-prevention protocols.
• Deliver

  parent/caregiver training

  (modelling, home-plan, generalization targets) with documented goals.
• Collaborate with

  SLP/OT/SpEd

  to align goals and ensure a coordinated plan of care.
