Role Description

This is a part-time, weekly once,on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist based in Adoor, Pathanamthitta. The Behavioral Therapist will work with children to assess, analyze, and address behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, conducting behavior assessments, and developing tailored intervention plans. Collaboration with parents, caregivers, and educators to monitor progress and provide insights is also essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and general Behavior Analysis practices
• Solid understanding of Psychology and an ability to work effectively with children
• Exemplary Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with children, families, and team members
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Behavior Therapy or ABA are an advantage
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting children in their development
