Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, . Multi tasking , Daily calling,and providing support across departments Preferred Female Candidate Bsc Physics, BBA or similar education. Key Responsibilities: Demo to the client in office BOQ Preparation and close the lead Billing invoice and accounting entries Follow up Payments Handle all administrative tasks efficiently and in a timely manner Answer incoming calls and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate department Maintain and organize paperwork, files, and documentation Manage office correspondence and records Perform data entry and support in report preparation Handle multi-tasking activities as required by the management Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities Ensure smooth internal communication and coordination Support other departments with administrative requirements Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or similar role (preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication skills, comfortable with daily calling and follow-ups Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with the local language (mandatory) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
