Job Description

Handle daily administrative tasks including managing emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
Coordinate with factory teams, production staff, and various internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Work closely with the logistics team for stock tracking, dispatch follow-up, and documentation.
Maintain records, reports, and stock-related data with accuracy.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and daily/weekly/monthly updates.
Manage vendor communication, follow-ups, and basic procurement support.
Organize and maintain office documents, files, and administrative records.
Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and general office coordination.
Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas preferred).
Basic working knowledge of Tally ERP (advantage).
Strong communication skills (email drafting, phone handling).
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
