Key Responsibilities (Admin Focused):Office Administration:

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
• Maintain stock of office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
• Keep the office environment neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle basic documentation, filing, and administrative record-keeping.
• Oversee housekeeping operations and ensure smooth daily office functioning.

Coordination & Support:

• Coordinate with internal teams for any admin-related requirements.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing meeting room arrangements.
• Provide general administrative support to the management team.
• Assist with travel, cab, and accommodation arrangements whenever required.

Vendor & Maintenance Management:

• Coordinate with vendors for office repairs, service needs, and maintenance work.
• Ensure timely servicing and upkeep of office equipment (printers, systems, internet, etc.).

Compliance & Reporting:

• Maintain admin-related documents, bills, invoices, and reports.
• Ensure timely processing of utility payments, rent, and service renewals.

Experience Preferred:

• Fresher (Training will be provided)
