Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Office Administration

  • Manage daily office operations, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
  • Handle office supplies, stationery requirements, and inventory management.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of office infrastructure.

2. Documentation & Record Management

  • Maintain employee, vendor, and business documentation.
  • Prepare letters, reports, memos, and required documentation.
  • Maintain attendance, visitor registers, and other administrative logs.

3. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for administrative tasks.
  • Assist in onboarding arrangements (ID cards, seating, system allocation).
  • Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and manage calendars if needed.

4. Vendor & Service Management

  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and AMC services.
  • Collect quotations and support procurement processes.
  • Ensure timely service delivery and vendor payments follow-up.

5. Facility & Asset Management

  • Track office assets, laptops, systems, access cards, etc.
  • Raise IT support requests and ensure timely resolution.

6. Communication & Front-Desk Support

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
  • Manage couriers, dispatch, and inward/outward documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good organization, time management & multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
