Admin Executive – Keep Our OMR Outlet Running Smoothly

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-friendly Admin Executive to support our OMR outlet. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping operations organized, interacting with customers, and ensuring the day-to-day workflow runs without a hitch. If you love structure, clear processes, and being the go-to person who keeps everything on track, you’ll feel right at home with us.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure daily outlet housekeeping is completed and the space is customer ready.

• Track employee attendance and maintain accurate daily records.

• Coordinate essential utilities such as water supply, gas refills, and garbage removal.

• Greet walk-in customers and provide the first level of information with warmth and clarity.

• Maintain Excel sheets for credit, debit, and daily financial tracking.

• Coordinate with applicators including door fitter, sun film installer, and other technicians.

• Work with partners for seat cover coordination and timely updates.

• Handle ceramic coating customer follow-ups and manage 15-day check-up reminders.

• Generate online bills and share them promptly with customers.

• Collect warranty cards from vendors and hand them over to customers.

• Send daily sales reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Coordinate with the Manager for stock verification and inventory clarity.

• Manage employee advance requests with proper tracking and approval.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Basic Excel knowledge and comfort with daily reporting.

• Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external teams.

• Car detailing experience is an added advantage.

• Proactiveness, reliability, and an eye for maintaining clean, systematic processes.

• Prior experience in admin, retail, or automotive outlets is an advantage.
