Assistant Store Manager & Sales

We’re excited to welcome a proactive, people-focused in supervision and Sales Manager to our OMR outlet. If you enjoy connecting with customers, staying hands-on with daily sales operations, and bringing fresh marketing ideas to the table, this role gives you the perfect blend of action and impact. You’ll be at the center of our customer engagement efforts, helping us strengthen relationships, boost visibility, and keep the outlet running smoothly every single day.

What You’ll Do:

* Manage and follow up on daily leads through Excel, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

* Collaborate closely with the Outlet Manager to discuss lead quality, status, and next steps.

* Maintain an accurate daily tracker and share clear end-of-day reports.

* Keep our Instagram stories active and support ongoing social media activities.

* Coordinate with the digital marketing team for monthly videos, creatives, and promotional materials.

* Handle customer communication—from inquiries to follow-ups—with professionalism and warmth.

* Manage ceramic coating follow-ups and PPF maintenance check-ins every 15 days.

* Build stronger B2B connections and explore new outreach opportunities.

* Suggest and execute external marketing ideas to grow brand visibility.

* Improve monthly Google reviews through consistent customer engagement.

* Identify opportunities to enhance in-store accessories based on demand.

* Support B2C visits and ensure documentation and communication are always on point.

What You’ll Bring:

* Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

* Ability to manage leads efficiently and keep documentation fully updated.

* Energetic, proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.

* Comfortable coordinating across teams and managing daily operational tasks.

* Experience in sales or the automotive/car care industry is a plus (not mandatory).

* A problem-solving mindset and genuine interest in customer experience.

*Car detailing experience is an added advantage.

* Basic understanding of social media and marketing activities.
