Admin cum HR Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin cum HR Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations while supporting basic HR functions. The role demands strong coordination skills, the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, and a proactive approach to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Administration:

  • Manage overall office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and ensure timely maintenance.
  • Oversee travel bookings, logistics, and event/meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain records, documentation, filing systems, and general correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with office safety, housekeeping, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Assist management in daily operational and executive tasks.

Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment coordination (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, documentation).
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing.
  • Support in onboarding and exit formalities of employees.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Administration with exposure to HR functions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Google Docs, Google Sheets, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Days of Working: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • HR sourcing: 1 year (Required)
  • Office management: 1 year (Required)
