Job Description

Role Overview: As an Admin cum HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and providing support to human resources operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, assisting in HR functions including recruitment and employee engagement, and serving as a primary point of contact for staff and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee facility management, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination. - Maintain records of company assets, licenses, and contracts. - Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors. - Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. - Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes. - Help implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives. - Address employee queries regarding HR and admin policies. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in administrative and HR roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
