Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Admin cum HR Executive to handle day-to-day office operations and support HR functions. The role involves managing recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and general administration to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
  • Manage office administration related work.
  • Organize employee engagement and training activities.
  • Support management with HR and administrative reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
