Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning, maintaining and organizing company records, and correspondence. Additionally, you will schedule and organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events. Your human resources responsibilities will include handling the end-to-end recruitment process, such as job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. You will also facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training coordination. Addressing employee queries and grievances to foster a positive workplace culture and monitoring employee attendance records and managing leave requests will also be part of your role. Qualifications and Skills: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any stream (BTech preferable) - Experience: 0 to 1 year - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR management software. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential. Please note that this job is full-time, requiring day shift availability. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.
