About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Article Assistant to join our team. The candidate will work closely with seniors and gain practical exposure in Accounting, Audit, Taxation, GST, Income Tax, and Compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and build a strong foundation in the CA profession.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
• Perform vouching, verification, and audit documentation
• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
• Prepare GST returns and assist in GST-related work
• Assist in TDS calculation, return filing & related compliance
• Prepare Income Tax returns for individuals, firms, and companies
• Work on ROC/MCA filings and compliance documentation
• Support seniors in preparing financial statements
• Coordinate with clients for data collection and updates
• Perform client visits when required
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all work

Skill Required

• Basic knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• An understanding of audit procedures is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Tally/ accounting software
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to learn quickly and work under guidance

Qualifications

• CA Student enrolled for CA Articleship (IPCC/Inter cleared or eligible)
• B.Com / BBA (Finance) candidates can be considered for an internship role
• Hard-working, disciplined, and willing to learn

• Professional attitude with punctuality
