Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Admin cum HR Executive to handle day-to-day office operations and support HR functions. The role involves managing recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and general administration to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance. Manage office administration related work. Organize employee engagement and training activities. Support management with HR and administrative reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
