Role Summary
The Manager - Strategy, Operating Model & Organization Design leads consulting engagements focused on designing future-ready operating models, organizational structures, governance frameworks, and strategic transformation roadmaps for global clients. The role requires strong analytical thinking, leadership, and expertise in organizational strategy to help clients drive scalable, efficient, and agile business operations.Key Responsibilities
1. Client Strategy & Advisory
  • Lead end-to-end strategy engagements across operating model design, enterprise transformation, and organizational restructuring.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on industry trends, market analyses, and client objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, presenting insights and guiding key decision-making.

  • 2. Operating Model Design
  • Analyze current-state operating models and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Define future-state operating model componentsgovernance, capabilities, processes, technology enablement, and performance metrics.
  • Develop implementation roadmaps and transition plans supporting large-scale change.

  • 3. Organization Design & Workforce Planning
  • Create new organizational structures, role architectures, spans and layers, and workforce models.
  • Conduct job evaluation, competency mapping, and role clarity exercises.
  • Support change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new structures.

  • 4. Project Delivery & Management
  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and reporting.
  • Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • 5. Thought Leadership & Innovation
  • Contribute to development of frameworks, methodologies, and best practices in operating model and organization design.
  • Lead internal knowledge-building initiatives and mentor junior team members.
  • Identify emerging trends and incorporate innovative strategies into client solutions.

  • Experience
  • 8-12 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operating model design, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Proven experience leading client engagements and managing teams.
  • Exposure to global or multi-market transformation programs is advantageous.
