De Mandarin Hotel & Resorts, located in the heart of Candolim, Goa, is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Finance team and support the smooth functioning of daily billing and collections operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing operations and ensure accurate posting of charges.
• Prepare and send invoices to guests, travel agents, corporate clients, and other business partners.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
• Reconcile guest ledger and city ledger accounts regularly.
• Maintain updated records of all receivables and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process credit card payments, verify approvals, and reconcile transactions.
• Prepare aging reports and assist with monthly closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with hotel accounting policies and financial standards.
• Support the Finance Manager in audits and other reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel PMS/accounting software (e.g., IDS, Opera, or similar).
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
