De Mandarin Hotel & Resorts in Candolim, Goa, is a premium hospitality destination known for exceptional service and guest satisfaction. We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance team and ensure smooth vendor payment and procurement-related financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Match invoices with purchase orders, GRNs, and resolve discrepancies with the Stores and Purchasing departments.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process weekly/monthly vendor payments.
• Maintain updated vendor records and ensure proper documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and address outstanding issues.
• Monitor advance payments and ensure timely adjustments.
• Coordinate with departments to obtain approvals for bills and resolve pending queries.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and expense analysis.
• Ensure compliance with hotel accounting procedures, policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support the Finance Manager during audits by providing required documents and reconciliations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel PMS/accounting software (e.g., IDS, Opera, or similar).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
