Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary with 5+ years of experience, located in New Delhi. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate records, preparing and filing necessary documents, and advising the board and management on corporate governance matters. Daily tasks will include managing board meetings, drafting minutes, and coordinating with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
