Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary with 5+ years of experience, located in New Delhi. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate records, preparing and filing necessary documents, and advising the board and management on corporate governance matters. Daily tasks will include managing board meetings, drafting minutes, and coordinating with regulatory authorities and stakeholders. Qualifications Thorough understanding of Corporate Laws, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Governance Experience in managing board meetings and drafting minutes Proficiency in maintaining corporate records and preparing statutory documents Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field CS (Company Secretary) qualification is mandatory Experience in the professional services industry is a plus Show more Show less
