Role Overview

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits.
• Oversee ROC filings, board resolutions, AGM/EGM proceedings, and other statutory secretarial work.
• Advise clients on corporate restructuring, mergers, share transfers, and other company law matters.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory authorities.
• Review and implement internal financial controls and risk management practices.
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, legal counsels, and regulatory authorities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-building.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified

  Chartered Accountant (CA)

  and

  Company Secretary (CS)

  .

• 5+ years

  of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, corporate law, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, and other relevant laws.
• Experience in client servicing and working in a consultancy or professional services environment is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently.
